The building itself is truly stunning, a small slice of paradise and relaxation just a few steps from Umbrian beauty spots, and the food is the icing on the cake, but the air conditioning in the room didn't cool very well.

The welcome, the friendliness of the whole family‑run staff, and how they managed to restore and renovate the farmhouse while keeping its rustic soul. The spring‑bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable for us.
