The hotel is in a great spot next to the Sanctuary and they offered free parking. They have a nice restaurant and a cafeteria on site. It’s a very nice hotel and the room rates were good. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, but the front desk was helpful.

The place is fantastic right in Covadonga, quiet, with an elevator up to the 3rd floor; the rooms on the roof are on the 4th floor and only reachable by stairs. The breakfast buffet is generous for 15€ per person. The reception staff barely spoke or understood English. There were far too few hotel‑owned parking spots in front of the entrance and they were always taken. Even though I showed my ID (required in Spain), the staff didn’t notice that someone in my group had a birthday. There was no sign of any courtesy whatsoever.

The location and the size were good, but it needed a refresh.

The location of the hotel is truly amazing, set in one of the most beautiful areas of Northern Spain

Ubicación excepcional. Fue una experiencia única estar entre medio del santuario y la basílica. El hotel espectacular, el trato de la chica que nos atendió increíble, muy atenta profesional y agradable. Volveremos muy pronto!!!
