“Five night stay in the city of London.”

The spot is ideal for strolling along the Thames and for catching buses and the tube. Everyone from the front desk, the breakfast attendants, to the evening bar staff was exceptionally polite. On our last day we could drop our luggage at the hotel, which was a huge perk. The room was spotless, the bathroom always had hot water, and the shower was decent. The room felt a bit cramped, but that wasn’t a real problem for us.

The staff are mostly friendly and the location is fabulous. Breakfast was great, even though it’s the same every day, but it was consistently good and the staff were amazing and ready to help, even though breakfast was very busy. We think the room could use more lighting; it’s too dark, and the lights aren’t positioned properly, so areas like the entry are quite dim. Only a few lights above the bed, and that’s it, so the whole room feels rather dark.

“Hotel pulito ma di aspetto scadente, assolutamente non adeguato al prezzo”

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. La posizione a due passi dal Tamigi e dalla Modern Tate. La zona colazione, con poco spazio tra i tavoli e nessuna tovaglia. Nessun prodotto fresco, brioche e muffin surgelati, nessuna torta o plumcake. Prodotti salati di bassa qualità. La struttura in generale è triste e un po' squallida, la camera è poco arredata, con comodini piccolissimi e stazioni di ricarica del telefono lentissime (non sono mai riuscita a completare una ricarica di notte). Bagno piccolo e doccia piccola con soffione troppo basso per un uomo di alta statura
