“In no exaggeration, our worst hotel stay ever”
The staff were nice, but we were mistakenly assigned to a room that was already occupied – the other guests weren’t there when we walked in, but underwear and sex toys were on the bed and floor. We had to go down to the front desk for a new room and ended up switching from a single King to two Queens. No discount was offered for the inconvenience, and after a late return from a concert the shower in our new room didn’t work. I left very frustrated and won’t be coming back.
