The view of the sea and mountains is stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The location is great, close to the old town, with a dragon line bus stop right at the front door, and the breakfast is delicious. I have no complaints.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, top quality! The restaurant view was beautiful, and the shuttle bus stops right outside and takes you on a free city tour. It’s close to the bus station, and the rooms were very spacious. The rooms were a bit dated in terms of furniture.

The location is close to the original city centre. The management had an attitude, and I couldn’t understand why we paid for the best “executive” suite only to be told breakfast was not included—what a joke. The place feels dated, like a 1980s time capsule, with patchy air‑con and disappointing Wi‑Fi, and it almost felt like a retirement home on a quiet day.
