The location, rooms, and reception service were good, and Daniela was especially helpful. Breakfast could have been better, and housekeeping forgot to refill water, towels, and hygiene kit twice in three days.

The bed, room size, and shower were good, but the furniture and floor were dirty, the care level was lacking for a boutique hotel, breakfast was weak with few food options, and there was a lot of noise from renovations with terrible acoustics.
