The rooms were stunning, the staff were welcoming, and the hotel sits right next to a bunch of great restaurants.

The shower didn’t drain and water rose to ankle level, and the sink had the same issue.

The breakfast spread was decent, but there was no regular black tea—no Earl Grey, no English Breakfast, no chai—only flavored options, which left me disappointed; the coffee upset my stomach, so I wasn’t happy. The only bright spot was the lady who kept the kitchen stocked; she was thoughtful and worked hard. The tea selection was awful: all flavored, no black tea, and it felt like a sleepy cup in the morning.
