We booked this place as an overnight stop after a gig at Crystal Palace Bowl. The location was great and there were plenty of free on‑street parking spots. The room was not well equipped, the bed was broken and felt like it swallowed you when you sat on it. The wardrobe was held together with thoughts and prayers. The shared toilet room was on a different floor and was dirty. We didn’t use the separate bathroom/shower room. Oh, and when we returned after the gig the key snapped in the lock. It’s not overly clear in the ad but this is one room in a guy’s house. The guy seems lovely but it’s not what you would expect for £90 per night, anywhere.

It was handy for the Crystal Palace bowl. The room was tired and dirty, the furniture and fittings were broken and the bed was very uncomfortable

Kitchenette and dining table. Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. From the first day, the room did not smell fresh, which was quite unpleasant. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well and leaving me and my wife with body pain. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests
