The staff are friendly and the pool is a real plus; breakfast is good, yet the accommodation is a bit far from the city center and the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement.

“If you don't mind where you end up staying and just want to enjoy the surroundings, this might be just the thing!”

I stayed at a hostel that had a huge room with about 6 bunk beds and another room with about 2 bunk beds and 1 bathroom, cold water only; I had everything to myself for 2 nights! The hostel has a nice clean pool, which I really enjoyed, and there are about 3 other apartments there—perfect for families. Breakfast is included (coffee/tea, toast with butter and jam, fruit/juice). The location suited me—a 10–15‑minute walk to the main street (restaurants, shops) or a 30–40‑minute walk to the beaches. It looks like nobody has used this hostel in quite some time… the beds are either full of ant nests, dirty, or covered in mold. I arrived in the evening and wanted to leave right away. The owner switched my bed and gave me clean sheets—except for the mold on the pillows. I stayed there for only 3 nights because I wanted to rest by the pool and relax after all my travels. This place has a lot of potential and could definitely use a little care.
