The only thing worth mentioning is the location, which is good in Bukit Bintang and not far from Times Square. Everything else was terrible. The room was in an absolutely appalling condition: mould everywhere in the bathroom, dirt, cockroaches, holes in the walls, heavily damaged furniture. The bed was completely ruined, the mattress filthy and disgusting, making proper sleep impossible. Some electrical sockets were damaged, with cables visibly sticking out—an obvious safety hazard if someone touches the exposed wires. The shower was broken and fell apart when I used it, and there was no hot water; even after letting the water run for around 10 minutes, it was still only lukewarm. The entire bathroom was dirty, mouldy, and extremely unpleasant to use. The overall condition of the room was far beyond what I would consider acceptable for a hotel. The problems didn’t stop there. The hotel was extremely noisy at night, with loud conversations, music, and repeated banging directly outside my room, sometimes at 3 or 4 a.m. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the building. I reported the problems to the hotel twice during my stay. I was told that there was no other room available and that the other rooms were more or less in the same condition. The reality was completely different from the impression created by the photos. The condition I experienced was shocking, unhygienic and, in several respects, concerning from a safety perspective. I am writing this review very clearly to warn other travellers: Please look carefully at the recent reviews and think twice before booking this property. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend it and I would never stay here again.
