The location is great, the lagoon view is beautiful, and there are plenty of leisure options, but I found there wasn’t enough space to store clothes and luggage.

“Excelente localização em Araruama”

The location is excellent with a view of Araruama Lagoon and its boardwalk, but the breakfast doesn’t match the room rate, the room’s phone was broken, the bathroom mirror needs replacement, and the bathroom door lock is also faulty.

“PÉSSIMO”

Only the reception, restaurant, and location were decent; everything else was disappointing. After arriving, the place looked like paradise with a nice reception and entrance, but the room was old and desperately needed renovation, the double bed was poor, two single beds were pushed together, the room phone didn’t work, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, hot water failed on the second day, the bathroom was awful with mold on the ceiling, tiles covered in grime, a filthy drain, poorly painted walls, a broken wardrobe, mosquitoes, and it was all lamentable for a nightly rate of 570,00. Unfortunately, it’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed.

“Super clean and most friendly staff”

The spot is great—right in the middle of everything. The staff were friendly and the rooms stayed spotless. I also dug the on‑site restaurant; food was solid and the service quick. All in all, a solid stay with no major hiccups.
