The staff were attentive, and the hotel restaurant served very good food. However, everything is pricey and parking spaces are extremely limited.

The hotel is very beautiful in the Jaguar Park. The staff are overly insistent about tips, which are optional, and even followed us to our room to adjust the tip we had left for a two‑salad Caesar service.

The views are stunning and the staff are kind—an exceptional experience, 10/10! Thank you.

We enjoyed the pool, the view, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable; the restaurant is very good but expensive. The breakfast is overpriced for its mediocre quality, unlike the dinner which is excellent. Every day you must pay for a bracelet that acts as a tax added to everything else, and there is a lack of information about nearby activities.

The bed was very comfortable and the view nice, even though we had the saragassas, so that’s not the hotel’s fault. Food was good, the staff were friendly, and they brought free cookies, which was appreciated. Access to the hotel was difficult because we had to pay daily for entry to the Jaguar Park where the hotel sits, and we were searched each time. The room cost too much for what it offered, and we had to request coffee capsules because the ones provided require us to charge them, which we’re not used to. We paid $400 a night without breakfast, which was inconvenient. The staff rarely checked on us while we were sunbathing on the beds. Cleaning was done very late; after breakfast and errands, we had to wait downstairs for the maid to finish. The hotel has no direct beach access, only a deck, so honestly it wasn’t worth it. Too many taxes and fees made the stay less enjoyable.
