The staff were great, but the room was clean overall, yet bugs were present and not controllable.

The hotel sits on the second floor, making it hard to find, but the rooms were quite clean with good AC and fan, the washroom was tidy, though there were no windows; the price was reasonable.

The privacy was appreciated, but the canteen was unavailable when I asked for it. The staff told me I could order food from outside and that the menu is in the rooms.

Location was close to airport. Didn't like anything about the stay. When selecting the room it does not say anything about married, couples, foreigners or locals could not stay. It said nothing about people who CAN NOT STAY. I am a foreigner from Australia. Upon check in the staff speak to my Indian Fiancée asking how she knows me. She replied he is my fiancé, and he spoke to her for a good 1-2 minutes in Hindi. Then the staff turns to me standing next to her and asks "do you know this woman". I stared at the staff member wanting to slap him for his absolutely rude insulting ignorance. I replied NO and just stared at him, "I just met her on the street 5 minutes ago" I said. I am travelling on a business visa, paid for the properly, and felt like I was at immigration in the airport getting harassed. Worst check in experience of my life. Worst Hotel In Mumbai update your terms online to state locals are not allowed to stay at your hotel. Because that was the issue. They didn't want my partner to stay there. Room is on the 4th floor. Every floor stair well and common areas is filled with brown tabacco spit details all over the walls. Literally eveerythwre. Was so disgusting to see. Shows how much you care. Lastly we had a room where the head of the bed (where our heads were to sleep) was against the kitchen wall in the next room. Between 11pm - 1am six to eight very loud indian men decide to cook dinner banging and crashing pots and pans and laughing and being loud. With zero concern for the guests and people sleeping literally 1 metre away. Horribly cramped set up, and no civil sense or rules to maintain a quiet stay. No water bottles provided. We had to call the manager then the staff brought 2 500ml water bottles and we paid 30inr. Huge Cockroach in bathroom Empty soap bottle in bathroom. No soap. Bad smell in room. Overall a disgusting experience. Check is was horrendous
