The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. However, the noise from outside was a real problem - I could hear everything going on in the street all night long. It was hard to get a good night's sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's amenities, which included air conditioning, hot water for the shower, and staff on hand even at night. It was a relief to find a place that had all the basics covered.

I'd say the hotel was selesa, which I think means comfortable in Malay. The room was small but spotless, and the staff were friendly. It was a nice little find, and I'd stay here again.

I was really impressed with the size of the room and the washroom, but unfortunately, the staff's behavior was a major letdown. From the moment I arrived, they were yelling at me, and it only got worse from there - they forgot to give me my room key and just sent me off to the third floor without telling me which room was mine. To make matters worse, during check-out, they were yelling at me again, asking about the deposit. It's clear they don't have a proper system in place to handle customers.
