Right on the hiking / pilgrimage route. The family was nice, helpful, and the breakfast was great—absolutely recommended. The room, like an apartment, was newly furnished 10/10.

The room matched the host’s description and, compared to other offers in the same price range, was far above average. Everything was fine.

“Schöne Unterkunft, sehr ruhig gelegen, Servicebereitschaft leider gleich null, ohne Auto schlecht”

The room and bathroom were large and nice, and the location was very quiet on the outskirts. The surroundings invite hiking, and a kitchen with a big fridge was available. I hardly saw the hosts, and when I did, the woman was friendly but the man was very dismissive. For the five nights I received one small and one large towel, and had to ask for an extra one. Trash cans weren’t emptied, even when full and stinking. The house is very drafty, so you hear every step and movement of the family. When they get up, the night is over. There’s no place to buy groceries in the whole village, not even a bakery. At the station there’s a pizza delivery and a restaurant offers a Sunday lunch menu. Without a car it’s not recommended, as there’s no taxi stand at the station and no bus through the village. The accommodation unfortunately doesn’t offer breakfast.
