“My stay was manageable, though the absence of room service and a window made it less comfortable”

The spot was great – right in the middle of everything. But there was no room service, and I had to use the same towels and sheets the whole time. Laundry was available but $5 for wash and $5 for dry. The room had no window, so it felt stuffy and dark.

I liked that it was close to shops and restaurants, but the place was noisy and smelled bad. The sinks were broken and nobody fixed them until I texted the front desk. The lobby was full of trash and the small room felt crowded with all the chairs and cabinets. Check‑in at night was a mess – hard to find the front desk and the lights were dim.

The rooftop was a highlight – great views and a nice vibe. But when I got back, the room was left with rubbish in it, which was disappointing.
