Gabriele is an exceptional guy in every way, very kind and highly competent. The cook is very good, the food is good, maybe add some salty items to breakfast. The room was too barebones (I’d say Francescana style), no TV, with 41 steps up and we had to ask for a small table to support something (immediately brought by Gabriele).

The place sits between the hills and is only a 6‑minute drive from the sea, and it’s spotlessly clean. The room had two stair ramps, no mini‑fridge, and not even a single bottle of water, which is a shame for August. Breakfast wasn’t available before 8 am, and a vent in the restaurant made it impossible to sleep with the window open. A pity.

The rooms are fully renovated and welcoming. The only downside is that there’s no TV in the room.

Everything was standard, the staff were friendly, the place was clean, and overall I’m satisfied.
