We booked a two‑night stay and arrived late Sunday evening. The bed in our room was awful – too low and the mattress was terrible, leaving my wife with severe back pain and me with aches too; we had to leave early Monday morning because we couldn't physically stay in Juqueí.

The lodge was spotless, well maintained, and the staff were great; the shower was fantastic and breakfast was simple but excellently prepared by Zelita. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it. We did run into an internet signal issue, but the operator was called to fix it and, anticipating a delay, Jô moved us to a different room, which was very smooth.

A family-friendly inn with a superb location, excellent reception, courteous staff, and comfortable rooms. There was nothing to complain about during our stay; my family left very satisfied.

Excellent service and a very enjoyable pool. The room had few power outlets and the cable TV didn’t work, but I think contacting the staff would have resolved it.
