I was disappointed because the room didn’t match the description and my expectations; everything else was present, and I liked that coffee, pastries, and fruit were supplied. The room had mold in several spots and felt very damp, which made me uncomfortable and unable to sleep at night, so I had to keep the window open. The view was just an interior courtyard. Because of the mold and the unpleasant air quality, I eventually left the room and found another place. I want to thank Mikel for his help: he was very accommodating, didn’t charge me the full price for the one night, refunded me for the other two nights, and offered me a clean, newly renovated room. That room also had no view and felt damp, so I declined it. Despite the negatives, I must say the location is excellent—very central and close to the beach. If the room had been in good condition, I would have had a wonderful stay. I hope my review is seen as constructive feedback and that Mikel renovates the room I originally booked and permanently fixes the moisture and mold issues so future guests can enjoy the great location. Thanks again to Mikel for his understanding and cooperation.
