A convenient, affordable place for a single night in Budapest. All the interesting sights are nearby, and the bus stop to the airport is just a 5‑minute walk. The street is a bit noisy, but our apartment faced the courtyard, so we managed to sleep well before the trip. On the adjacent street to the left, near the square, there’s a great French café that I recommend for breakfast; the duck liver is simply unbeatable. Everything else was fine.

The location was great, right where the bus stops and right between shops, restaurants, etc., so you can walk everywhere. Yet it was still wonderfully quiet at night. The staff were super friendly. The bathroom had a bad smell from the drain. Once someone had showered, it improved. It was a pity the shower didn’t work; it was fixed quickly, but it’s unfortunate that broken items aren’t replaced immediately.

Excelente ubicación. Llegamos y no teníamos código para entrar, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono varias veces hasta que conseguimos contactar con alguien. Una vez introduces el código y entras el edificio huele fatal, está sucio y vimos cucarachas… tienes que subir a la primera planta andando y poner otro código. Cuando por fin entras huele muy fuerte a ambientador (para intentar tapar el olor). No hay nadie en la recepción es una recepción fantasma. Pone checkin a las 15h, no nos dejaron entrar hasta las 15.30 y tuvimos que dejar las maletas ahí en la recepción (sin vigilancia) para poder aprovechar el día hasta poder entrar. Una vez en la habitación se escuchan absolutamente todos los ruidos de la calle y de dentro (gente dando porrazos a la una de la mañana). El baño huele mal y la limpieza deja muchísimo que desear la verdad… la ducha daba bastante asco había pelos de la anterior persona en el suelo. Cada día que entrábamos veíamos las cucarachas del portal, tengo fotos

Excellent location, spacious room and bathroom, daily cleaning, and they kept in touch with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was fine, with very easy access. Everything was correct, although there were a few noisy people in other rooms.

The manager was incredibly helpful—couldn’t say enough. Great stay, great location. Nothing else to add.
