The hotel sits on a quiet street with clean air, and the bed was comfy. But the building itself looked tired and dusty; rooms weren’t cleaned well, the toilet was dirty, and the breakfast was very sparse – the waiter even looked at us like we were stealing food.

The terrace view was lovely and the location was peaceful, plus there’s parking available – though it’s pricey, especially for longer stays. On arrival, the room smelled like fried food coming through the bathroom vent, and the bed creaked even when I just turned over.

Great value overall: decent breakfast, friendly staff, and a solid location. I did wish there were fresh veggies at breakfast and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but for a short stay it was still a solid choice.
