The private parking was clean and tidy, but the address was unclear; it’s far from the city center, though a bus can get you there, and everything was handled digitally with instructions that were sometimes vague, and no one was on hand to help.

The self‑check‑in system is unusable, stressful, and not customer‑friendly; without Wi‑Fi and external support it would have been impossible.

The room was very beautiful, new and stylishly furnished, with a large comfortable double bed, a mini fridge, and a big TV; the bathroom was nice and well equipped; there’s a shared kitchen with a Nespresso machine, though we didn’t use it; private free parking is available; the house is 15 minutes from Como’s center, we had a great stay and will return.

The accommodation is self‑contained with a kitchen you can use freely and free parking, but it’s quite far from Como’s center and there are no shops or restaurants nearby.
