Everything was fine, but when people smoke in the lobby the smoke drifts into the room; if you can’t stand cigarette smoke, this hotel isn’t for you.

“Decent hostel”

The hostel is a solid choice with enough amenities and decent cleanliness. The staff were welcoming and even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room, which we really appreciated. It’s conveniently located near Urumqi Railway Station, and the ground floor hosts several shops and restaurants. However, finding the place isn’t the simplest even though there are many signs around the building. A cigarette odor lingered in the lobby and in our room, and the shower stalls could have been cleaner; the glass was semi‑transparent. We only received disposable, single‑use towels that didn’t absorb well, but the staff supplied us with extras.

The room felt really comfy and the bathroom was nicely done. Overall the space was just great.

“비추천합니다”

The hotel’s spot right by the train station and the city view were definite pluses, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. We walked into a room where someone had been smoking in both the bathroom and bedroom, and the whole place reeked of smoke—even the sheets smelled. Management really needs to step up on enforcement and housekeeping.

“Стоит чтобы там побывать”

The location was spot‑on and we loved having a cat around, everything else checked out fine too. No complaints from our side.
