The room was bright and spacious, with hot water and a functional mini‑fridge and TV. The location was very nice and quiet, but the bathroom door was transparent and had no lock, which was a bit unsettling.

Solo la ubicación. Cuando me comuniqué por llamada para recibir información acerca del lugar y llegar, me trataron mal o mejor dicho regañandome por caminar en direcciones incorrectas y yo realmente no conocía el lugar No tienen foto de la fachada del lugar. Si piensan quedarse ahí por el precio, no lo recomiendo. En el baño no había papel ni un bote de basura para depositar el papel, al ducharse no había agua caliente, solo fría y fue fatal. Al llegar me dieron un código de entrada para la caja de las llaves y me dieron la incorrecta, después de la forma en que me trataron todavía me dijeron que si era la clave y al enviar un vídeo de que no podia abrir me dijeron: ay disculpa no es la clave Prácticamente me tuvieron 30/45 minutos intentando llegar y entrar al cuarto. Llevo 1 año seguido reservando cada fin de semana en la riviera maya por medio de Booking y por primera vez es la peor experiencia del mundo De inicio a principio, si puedes evitar quedarse ahí, háganlo
