Breakfast was fantastic, whether I chose from a menu or a buffet—buffet only on weekends. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my special food requests, and the room was cozy, clean, and well maintained with very comfortable beds that gave me a great rest. I might come back next time. The downside was the air conditioner, which was very noisy at lower temperatures and made it hard to sleep as a light sleeper, plus a bathroom socket was broken; otherwise everything else was fine.

The décor is nice and the location is convenient—far enough from the Urbiztondo Beach hustle but close enough for nighttime outings. The room was clean, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. I stayed in room 2220, but the toilet fixtures need attention: the door knob is loose, the sink tap is faulty, the shower tap doesn’t respond to turning, and the water pressure is weak.

The restaurant was a highlight of our stay, with delicious food and a nice atmosphere, but we would have liked to see a few more options, such as cereals and pastries, tea, and milk.
