The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the hotel was spotless from the moment I arrived. The front desk girls were amazing. The laundry room was clean, but a few machines were broken and the wait for a clean load was long; the single front‑loader washer was clogged and you couldn’t add detergent.
