Hotel La Briosa

“Lovely stay at this updated and charming hotel.”

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

The architecturally excellent Hotel La Briosa sits centrally, near the main train station, yet remains very quiet; its unique selling point is that it is almost entirely made of wood. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is excellent and leaves no wish unfulfilled. In our large room the bathroom concept was very well executed: the shower is in a separate room, the toilet and bidet in another, and the two sinks are separated by a curved, half‑round wooden partition in the living area, a work of art. There was no traffic jam in the morning and we felt very comfortable. Only criticism: there is no enlarging mirror.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the location was superb and the Laubengasse was within walking distance, the breakfast was very fine and plentiful, and I highly recommend the hotel.

We were drawn to book because of the style; upon arrival the hotel had a wonderful wooden scent, was modern, well kept, clean, and very welcoming, and overall we felt lucky to have reserved it.

“Great hotel and wonderful staff.”

Great hotel and wonderful staff! The place was very clean, modern, and well located. Breakfast was excellent. The highlight was the interaction with the incredible team: they let us check in early, booked a table at a nice restaurant they recommended, and answered all our requests and questions professionally and friendly. They even surprised us with a cake for my wife’s birthday. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable; we highly recommend this hotel.
