The food was good, it was a perfect base for hikes, and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast had a good variety, but the bathroom was extremely small and the floor carpet in the room was long.

We never stayed there because I booked the wrong Oberkirchen in Germany. We were traveling and even though I called within three minutes of booking, nothing could be changed. That level of customer unfriendly service was disappointing. We were on the road, but apparently there are multiple Oberkirchen in Germany and I had the wrong one. I called three minutes after booking but they offered no help, nor could they move the date so we could stay on the return trip. The fare was 140 EUR. Very unhelpful and unreasonable.

Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden, nachdem wir immer wieder wenn wir durch den Tunnel gefahren sind gesagt bekommen haben: Sie haben ihr Ziel erreicht. Wir haben im Hotel angerufen und erfahren, dass man eine andere Hausnummer eingeben muss. Das müsste man im Vorfeld vlt. mal mitteilen
