The staff. The bar area was not a pleasant place,full of local people swearing and being overpowering

I wasn’t told that evening meals had to be booked ahead, which was a bit annoying.

The staff greeted us warmly and the room was very cozy, plus we got to meet the owner, which was a pleasant surprise.
