Like a scout station standard in an old tenement, it’s a very cool place to relax. No luxuries but a great location and clean.

I didn’t feel safe there, it was an abandoned house on a hill in the woods. The access was poorly lit, the house was grimy, it could have been a horror set. No staff were present. I wouldn’t call the accommodation a hostel; it felt more like a boarding house.

The building is charming, old‑worldly, and well‑crafted. We arrived late at night, but the gate code and key box worked smoothly. The stairwells were a bit narrow with a lot of luggage, and the rooms were not huge, especially since we had wet clothes to hang. The shared bathrooms were adequate. The room had a table for breakfast, and there was a fridge on the floor. Unfortunately, we didn’t get sea views; we only had a brief stop, but it was totally fine.

The location is unbeatable, and I could leave my bike on the premises. The place was clean and pleasant, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was a perfect 10. I especially appreciated the staff member who returned my lost item.

The building has character, a great location, and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Because it sits on a hill, there are many stairs to climb, which could be problematic for those with leg issues. Still, that setting is undeniably an advantage.
