The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and staff were all pleasant, but I found it absurd that we had to pay $25 for incidentals and that the hotel kept $5 of that for pool use and other amenities.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience enjoyable.

The room was clean, yet the shower floor was slippery and the lobby area needed better cleaning of the furniture and carpet.

The beds were exceptional, providing a truly comfortable sleep.
