The room started out nice, but the housekeeping, front desk, and management were rude and unbearable, with a highly unprofessional attitude. Cleaning was disgusting and invasive. I would never recommend this place again, and I won’t stay here again. The blue light was cute and there was a big TV, but that was the only good thing. The staff were rude and disrespectful, checking rooms without permission even for long stays, claiming “maintenance checks.” One housekeeping lady even stole my money and personal items, so I had to lock my belongings at home. She, along with a front‑desk clique, was the rudest. The manager said she was “trying to get things in order” but was never present for a conversation. Front‑desk problems forced me to leave immediately. The pool was green and embarrassing, with mold on the walls and in the deep end.
