The location is excellent, the city center is within walking distance, and the beach is right in front. The place is actually a flat with four separate rooms, and there is a large window that lets you see everything from the bathroom.

The room was modern, clean, and in an excellent location – just steps from the beach! It was air‑conditioned, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the premises felt very secure, so I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The remote check‑in process was easy and they offered help with airport transfers. There are lovely restaurants just around the corner and it’s a great walk to Old Town. I highly recommend it. The only issue was a slight smell of smoke even though it’s a non‑smoking place, but otherwise there were no problems. Like many places in Split, the building is a walk‑up, so you have to climb three flights of stairs.

The crystal clear waters of the beaches were great, but the owner never came around during the whole stay to see if we needed anything, which was very bad.

The room was good, but the location was not.

The place is nicely located and the room in Split was comfortable; the air conditioning worked well during the heatwave and we could store luggage in a secure passageway.
