Our family spent two days here and it surpassed what we thought possible; the staff were always polite and ready to help, making us feel truly welcomed. Their friendly smiles and upbeat attitude added a special touch. The meals were tasty and affordable, which made dining a pleasure. Our villa was cozy, comfortable, and ideal for a family break. The only issue was getting to the villa: the resort offers a vehicle, but the path is steep and can be slippery when it rains, so we had to rely on the shuttle to reach the restaurant or our car each time.
Everything was spotless and organized. This is one of the best spots for families and singles alike. If you’re traveling with kids, there are plenty of activities that will keep them entertained.

The landscape is serene and the quiet is a real relief; the resort is well maintained and the staff are courteous. Food at Jinkalaka is delicious but the portions are small. The receptionist is polite and helpful. The massage and fishing were great experiences, so I would recommend this place. However, the billiards table is huge, so only kids could play, and there were no carom pieces. Activities listed as free on the website actually cost money, which is misleading. Night lighting, especially on steep areas, could be better; we were with elderly guests, which made it a bit difficult.
