The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were okay. The sauna hours were inconvenient.

Checking in after 20:00 isn’t possible, which I found very inflexible, and smoking on the balcony is strictly prohibited. I stayed in a single room that was clean but very basic, with a tiny TV and no Wi‑Fi information—no password or usage instructions anywhere. Breakfast was a disappointment because it was entirely vegetarian; there was no sausage, ham, or any meat, and I think that should have been clearly stated at booking, as I expected a normal hotel breakfast selection. When I asked where the meat was, the answer was “Tuesday is vegetarian!” which I found unacceptable. Yes, it’s a spa hotel, but I booked as a regular hotel guest.

“It is NOT wellness resort”

The location is fine. It is not a wellness resort; it is a “sanatorium.” Our family was the only guests not sent there by doctors, so it felt more like a hospital with very old‑time conditions. On weekends, a cleaning lady with keys came to our room at 7 am to wake us up because she had to clean before the patient’s treatment. It was terrible. It may be suitable for medical patients, but it is awful for families and tourists. I will never return.
