The hotel’s cleanliness, courteous staff, and especially the massages were top‑level, but the mattress needs to be replaced.

The only pleasant person at the hotel was the receptionist, a lady who spoke fluent English, and we thanked her; the room itself was fine. However, the restaurant displayed a lack of professionalism—servers were incompetent, constantly on their phones, and at the bar we asked for three × two water bottles while they put their heads in a fruit basket; it was shocking but true, I hope there are cameras so you can see the situation. The room was still dirty the next day, with a bottle of Coca‑Cola left on the floor. No water, no coffee, and a €254 nightly rate was outrageous; the restaurant dishes were mediocre, feeling like a cafeteria, and even colder. The rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t working, nor was the salt cave. In short, I do not recommend this hotel; we should have stayed at the other hotel a few meters away of the same category. The service, especially at the restaurant, was absolutely lacking.

Hermosa terraza en último piso con pequeña piscina con hidromasaje (que no funcionaba). Bastante antiguas las instalaciones, el hidro exterior sucio con moscas. La comida poco variada
