“Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”
We had to drop in for a night in Mayrhofen on short notice and ended up at Hotel Gasthof Perauer; the rates are on the higher side, but for what you get the price is justified. The rooms are spacious, very homely in layout, modern yet comfortable, the bathrooms are well equipped, and each comes with a window and a nice balcony with a view. The staff are very friendly and attentive, welcoming us warmly even though we were in muddy mountaineering gear and had no prior notice. Breakfast is lavish, offering something for every palate—various breads and pastries, fruit, yogurt, gluten‑free and lactose‑free options… everything. The location at the end of the pedestrian zone next to the cable car is excellent—quiet yet very central. The restaurant dishes are also highly recommended, the ambience is great, and the service is caring and humorous. Overall, a fantastic accommodation with the best value for money.
