The hotel’s structure is nice, with many clean pools, a calm place to spend time with family, and it’s close to the beach. I hate that from the moment you check in, with hunger and tiredness, staff insist on offering you memberships. Technically they force you to hire their vehicles at very high prices to leave the hotel, or you have to walk to the road because they won’t let any Uber or other company cars in.

“DECEPÇÃO”

I liked the size of the room, the jacuzzi, the multiple pools and the activities offered at the hotel (all of which were extra charge). I liked the breakfast, even though there was no fresh juice. The room service was disappointing – they didn’t restock the minibar, I asked for a sheet change, they swapped the sheets but not the pillowcases, which was unbelievable! The next day there was no bath towel or the small ones that sit on the sink. The reading light didn’t work, the air conditioner was very loud. The pillows were the worst quality imaginable, like a bag with those small foam squares; I’d never seen that in a 5‑star resort. The app listed a pillow menu, and when I asked for a feather pillow they said my room category didn’t entitle me to it. The food quality was very poor – at lunch there was terrible sushi (almost no fish, it was cucumber and carrot sushi), and there was no soy sauce, let alone wasabi. The pizzas had no tomato sauce. Drinks were only zero‑calorie Coca‑Cola, always 2‑liter bottles without carbonation, nothing healthy! It was all‑inclusive, but the coconut water cost USD 12! On top of that they act like a carcass trying to sell you things weeks before the hotel opens.
