The bathroom was very small and the bathtub was slippery.

The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the location good. The carpeted floor was quite dirty—not because it was unused, but because it’s old—and it would be nice to have it replaced someday.
The staff were fantastic, though the location isn’t very convenient for getting to the center; catching the one‑stop bus is great, but returning depends on the tram and it’s not close. The interior needs a makeover because it looks unprepared for the current climate, with too much carpet and AC that isn’t powerful enough. Breakfast and the restaurant were good. The receptionist’s help with the fire issue and arranging our trip back to Spain was especially noteworthy. The AC power was low and the room was poorly adapted, dark, and carpeted, making it very hot.
