The location is amazing in the heart of Sunset City, just a few meters from the bridge; buggy cars are available most of the time and the staff cooperate with us on everything, and the rooms are clean and fully equipped. However, there were renovations happening, so the noise was annoying from early morning, there was no proper cover for my daughter's bed, and the breakfast needed more variety—there were very few and repetitive options.

Being able to reach the front desk via WhatsApp or LINE was a lifesaver because they replied quickly. The buggy service inside Sunset Town was arranged instantly, so getting around was never an issue. The front‑desk team were very kind, pointing out currency exchange options and recommending places to visit. Since it was my birthday trip, the room setup was lovely and I appreciated the breakfast plate.

The staff were very helpful, kind, and always trying to help and support us. The rooms were a little bit small, but they had everything we needed. I didn’t like that breakfast was in a different location and we had to go in a buggy for it, yet the staff took good care of that.
