The hotel looks fancy on the outside, but the rooms inside are terrible. Nobody will help you. Water flooded from the bathroom into the room, yet no one came to assist. If you don't want to waste your money, absolutely skip this hotel.

I loved the amenities and the location! The bed was really firm, but that seems to be the local standard.

Nothing positive. Everything was too small, the bathrooms were uncomfortable, the bed was super hard like stone, and I paid for the best room but apparently got the worst one.

The location was great and there was a huge bath included. Cleanliness could use a boost; the room needed a deep clean.
