The location is superb, tucked into a green medieval village and the building itself has been meticulously renovated; the only downside is that the bistro closes at 15:00. The staff were helpful for everything, even swapping my room because the TV was broken, and the breakfast was average—definitely coming back.

Staying at this gorgeous hotel, set amid a forest right next to the Petriolo thermal springs, felt like luxury with a rustic touch; the rooms were very cozy and the breakfast lounge offered a wide array of food and drinks.

The room was nice and clean. In the Gonzago room there are no switches to turn on the lights at the entrance; you have to walk all the way to the bed to flip them on, which is very inconvenient and somewhat risky.

温泉から近い。外観からは想像できないほど内部はモダン。フロントの若いほうの男性がとても親切。. エレベーターがとにかく遅い。 シャワー室の排水が溢れてきたので、私の方で排水口内部を清掃することなった。定期な清掃が必要。 Booking.comでラグジュアリーの部屋を予約し支払い済みなのに、1ランク下のデラックスに入れられた。Booking.comとホテルとの部屋のランクの連携ミスと思われる。
