Everything was great: the room, the cleanliness, the staff, and the location. It was super convenient for families because there’s a yard with a sandbox and a play area for kids.

A great value spot, the rooms were spotless and brand‑new, and the restaurant served tasty dishes. However, weddings were happening and loud music played at night, and one room felt uncomfortable because the headboard was uneven.

The family house is marketed as a 4‑star property but really falls short: the service is terrible – no one answers the phone for three days, there’s no coffee in the room (only two tea trays), and the front desk hands out keys but doesn’t explain how to check in because no one works until 12 h the next day. In 4‑star hotels you can always reach two reception desks. The Wi‑Fi details are missing, so you have to ask for them because no one at the front desk will pick up the phone. The room is missing a side table next to the bed, and the hand sanitizer bottle was empty.
