The staff were very kind, and they accepted and made the changes I requested for my booking. The towels were old, the toilet was shaky, the place needed renovation, there was a noisy machine in the corridors while I slept, there was no microwave in the rooms, the kitchen was untidy, and the gate was manual so I had to wait for staff to open it.

The price was cheap and the bed wasn’t terrible, but the place is still being renovated. There’s no hot water because everyone shares one geyser, and cockroaches are everywhere 🤦♀️. Lighting is also lacking 😩.

The rooms are clean and welcoming, and the overall vibe is nice. Parking, however, is very restrictive and congested; more spots are needed to accommodate more cars. I was told to move my vehicle because it was parked in front of mine.
