“Lovely ☺️”
Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.
“Relax attività bimbi super - cinema compreso”
Piscina e ristorante, but il bagno un po’ vecchio.
We dined at the hotel for dinner and breakfast, the food and service were very good; we used the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi and they were very good, but the heat in the room was totally unbearable; we asked for a fan which helped a bit; there was no fridge in the room to keep bottles of water or soft drinks cool; we have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and overall we were very disappointed in it; there was no atmosphere.
“Very disappointed. What should have been a relaxing 3 days was actually very uncomfortable”
Breakfast was very good. Plenty of variety and easy to access. The room was far too hot. Couldn't open the window more than a couple of inches. 3 people staying but housekeeping only had the room set up for 2 despite notifying reception. Room was quite dated, furniture scuffed and had to step into a bath to have a shower. Tap loose and loose tile on the bathroom floor
Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, would definitely recommend this hotel
