The staff really made me feel taken care of with their personal touch, which was a nice perk. Unfortunately the pool table looked pretty worn out and would have been better if they swapped it for a larger, newer one. Overall, a friendly place but the game area needs some work.

The room felt modern and the bed and bathroom were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was pretty limited, yet it covered what we needed. The front desk, however, left a lot to be desired in terms of service. All in all, a decent stay with room for improvement at reception.

I liked the water temperature, the location and the overall service – everything felt solid. The downside was a dirty pool and a bathtub that wasn’t as clean as it should be. Aside from those spots, the rest of the facilities were tidy and worked fine.

Staff were attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about our comfort, and the modern rooms offered a great view for anyone looking to unwind. Breakfast wasn’t massive in variety, but it was tasty and could even be delivered to the room. The only gripe is the weak Wi‑Fi outside the main building; a hallway repeater would help. Otherwise, a solid, relaxing stay.

Service was attentive, the food was really delicious, and the scenery around the hotel was simply breathtaking. I left feeling satisfied with the overall experience.
