Location - convenient. Just no sound proofing between walls!!!

Location was convenient. On may Friday arrival, I discovered the sliding security door was off its hinges and couldn't be locked. I was advised that this would be rectified on Monday (on Monday afternoon it still hadn't been rectified so I checked out a full day early with no compensation). In the meantime, I could not sleep due to feeling insecure. The room smelt mouldy and the facilities in the room were cramped and poor. I also found out that rooms are not serviced on weekends so we had wet towels from Friday night through to Monday. The pool was not clean - it was green and dirty. I could not understand why there was a pool cleaner in it?? The grounds were in a terrible state

Pool and garden view. Small shower and bathroom. Bed was hard. Power points beside bed could not accommodate phone charger. Bedsheets had spot stains. Drive way entrance was very narrow. Restaurant not open Sunday night
