The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious, but the bathroom layout was inconvenient for changing after a shower; there wasn’t enough privacy or space to hang clothes, towels, etc., especially when staying with friends.

Breakfast was good overall, but for a longer stay it feels quite repetitive, especially the bakery and sweets section. It was nice to have disposable cups for takeaway coffee, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was quite good and consistent. 1) We booked this hotel to spend the end of 2025 and welcome 2026 as a family of four, expecting international standards. We reserved a Standard Double Room with Two Double Beds and paid accordingly. On arrival, we were given a room with two narrow single beds, clearly suitable for two people, not four. When we reported the issue, the staff and manager insisted the room was correct and did not understand the difference between double beds and single beds. We had to show photos and explain this for over 30 minutes. Eventually, after being told to wait an hour, we were given a different room properly set up for four people with two large double beds. It was obvious this room existed from the beginning, making the long argument unnecessary and exhausting. The apology was disappointing — a plate with two bananas and two apples, uncut, for four people. 2) I understand that New Year is not widely celebrated in China, but this is still an international hotel, and even minimal festive decoration, especially in the breakfast area, would have improved the experience. There was no holiday atmosphere at all. 3) Also, the hotel does not have a restaurant — the dining area is used only for breakfast. Overall, the stay fell far below international standards. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. 4) Cigarette smell everywhere

“Hotel excelente, mas preste atenção na localização para ver se te atende”

The room was excellent, the breakfast exceptional, everything was of high quality, and the reception was very attentive, especially helpful since we had just arrived in China. If not for the points mentioned below, I would have given a perfect 10. I didn’t give 10 because they gave me a room for 2 people to accommodate 4 people; there were two beds that were too large for single and too small for a double. We told reception, but nothing changed. We also had a miscommunication about breakfast on arrival, which was quickly corrected. The location is good for business, but not for tourism, which was my case, and I can’t blame the hotel for that. There are no restaurants nearby open at night.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the poor soundproofing in the windowless room, which was somewhat disappointing.

“Very nice and convenient hotel!”

Our stay was enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Ms. Joy, the front desk manager, who effortlessly communicated in fluent English and resolved any issues that arose during our visit. The hotel's breakfast offerings were impressive, with a diverse range of choices, and the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained.
