“1st stay on Weds nite was great, 2nd stay going home on Sunday nite would not recommend”

The bathroom was very clean and had good water pressure in the shower Coffee was great. this is wife Susan writing.I believe we arrived around 4pm Sunday night. Didn't have King/smoking I reserved, but we could deal with that for 1 night. Got a double/smoking. As soon as you walked in you noticed very stained and dirty carpet! Then started looking around to find broken lamp shade, broken nite stand drawer, pull handle on top draw was missing, desk chair fabric torn, and luggage rack holder was broken. We had just driven 8 hrs and since husband was very tired and had already undressed and got in bed, I decided I would just deal with the room. But decided I would go down and tell desk all that was wrong with room so I wouldn't be charged for damages since they requested a $50.00 deposit. Front desk person didn't seemed concerned with problems because it was a smoking room. When I got back to room husband told me remote wouldn't change channels, told front desk about that and that was corrected right away

“Convience of place was great, booked going to and from NC”

The room smelled fresh and clean on entry, the king bed was comfy, the bathroom was tidy with good water pressure, coffee was excellent and the mini muffins were a treat, parking was near the stairs to the third floor, and my husband found the elevator to grab coffee in the morning.

“it was pretty peaceful”

The pool was peaceful, yet a couple of drunk people shouted outside our room both nights.
