We were lucky that on the last day the staff offered us amazing service by letting us leave our luggage at the hotel since we checked out far earlier than our departure from the island. When we entered the room, we found a fly on the pillow; when we called to report it, they told us to change the sheet. Overall cleanliness could have been much better because one of the pillows had stains and hair and the floor was littered with broken glass. I was also annoyed that the cleaning lady entered the room in the morning while we were still sleeping and asked if she could clean, which we obviously said no. Finally, our room had no soundproofing at all.
